Street Fighter X Tekken Ruling – Rolento Problem

As many of you know, the latest version of Street Fighter X Tekken (1.04) has a game ending bug related to Rolento’s knife projectile.   After much discussion, we’ve decided to abandon the balance changes that come with Version 1.04 and wipe our data.  Going back to 1.03 is not possible, so the SFxT tournament at UFGT8 will be played on version 1.00.

Capcom’s fix for version 1.04 isn’t due for another month.  I believe this solution is the most fair, as it allows Rolento players to continue using their character without worry.

    Good call, Keits.

  2. Joshua Travis says:

Kazuya’s infinite is legal, then? Why not just ban knife throw?

    • Keits says:

I’m not overly fond of banning things. Kazuya infinite doesnt freeze the game. Banning knife throw is probably just as lame as banning rolento. I’d rather just use the old version, as infinites haven’t been a problem for this game yet anyway.
